It is good to come back to my blog, it has been busy few weeks to reach my deadline and will be great to have a short break after that, such as a concert. Today I will talk about a concert review for Sam Smith.
Sam is my favourite British male singer; I am so glad that I got the opportunity to be an audience for the performance.
Firstly, I would like to talk about the stage design, which has a triangle stage and background. Although the stage is not big compared with the concert that I attended (I experienced mostly central stages), he's powerful voice is going through the whole arena, and having a brilliant engagement with fans.
Subsequently, singing is an unquestionably crucial part that most people are concentrating. The rundown of the performance is covering old songs and the songs from new album "The Thrill of It All". It maintains a balance between old and new songs, which gives a good review for the audiences. It is no doubt that most of the songs are Sam's experiences, and he put his feeling and pain in the songs on the performance, which makes the show much more incredible. He said that "I am proud to be a gay man and that love is love, whatever form it takes", it has touched the audiences who agreed so.
Eventually, it is the best show that I attend in London so far. The whole performance is remaining my love, sadness and warm; it is a brilliant show for me.
